Mission Statement
Rapscallion to the Rescue Inc. is a non-profit 501(c)(3) charitible organization dedicated to the rescuing of homeless animals from high-kill shelters and owners who can no longer care for them, We will serve as a resource to our community for low cost spay and neutering, and also assist families to keep their pets in there homes during hardships. By working with volunteers and foster homes we will be able to rescue and provide assistance to countless abandon pets.
